At Craftbia Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in packaging and delivering our collectibles, commemorative coins, dΓ©cor items, and specialty products. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective, OR
  • You received the wrong item.

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Please note:
Due to the nature of our products (limited editions, collectibles, and customized items), we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Color/design variation due to photography or screen display
  • Gift returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Limited-edition or collectible items
  • Items purchased under clearance or discount sales
  • Products that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at thecraftbia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Return shipments must be approved before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your claim is verified:

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued based on the case evaluation.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Bank or payment gateway delays may take additional days beyond our control.

Replacement Policy

  • If the product is confirmed damaged or incorrect, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is approved due to our error or product damage, all return shipping costs are covered by Craftbia Store.
  • If the return is requested for any ineligible or incorrect reason, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and such requests may be declined.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
