Order Processing
- Orders are packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Origin & Courier Partners
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in India through trusted courier partners, including:
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- XpressBees
- And other reputable national courier services depending on serviceability
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times may vary based on destination, courier performance, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
- South India & nearby regions: 2–4 business days
- Metro cities: 3–6 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
Remote or non-serviceable locations may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Order weight and size
- Delivery location / pin code
Promotional offers or large/bulk orders may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly displayed at checkout if applicable.

Delivery Issues
